For interstate jobs we provide a written estimate and will tell you plainly whether it is binding, non-binding, or binding not-to-exceed. For local hourly work the rate is fixed, and the hours depend on the job we actually find.

Yes. Managed buildings frequently require one, sometimes naming the property as additional insured. Send us the requirements when you book and we will get it to the office ahead of the date rather than at the loading dock.

Everything, every job. Blankets, shrink wrap, and straps come standard rather than as an add-on you can decline. Banisters, door jambs, and floors get protected too, because damage to a building costs more than damage to a dresser.

Yes — beds, tables, sectionals, and wall units come apart, the hardware is bagged and labeled, and it goes back together in the room you want before we leave. That is included, not an extra line.

What if my furniture will not fit through the stairwell?

We measure before we lift. If a piece genuinely will not make the turn, the options are removing feet and door slabs, standing it vertically, disassembly, or hoisting through a window. We tell you which one before anything is stuck.

Do you move in snow and bad weather?

Yes. Vermont weather is a planning input, not a reason to reschedule your closing. Ramps get salted and swept, runners go down on floors, and pieces get wrapped in plastic before crossing the threshold in winter.
